Speed Strategy for Hotel Pyramid Head fight on Normal.

IMPORTANT: The AI of the Pyramid Heads in this fight is affected by their position on screen. Playing in lower or higher resolution may result in a different battle. This strategy is tested and working on 320x240 and 640x480. When playing on 640x480, the initial attack of the PH on James's right executes a bit earlier. I found better patterns on 640x480, but the strategy is the same.
Good to note, Pyramid Head will not attack James if it is aimed at by Great Knife.
Going forward we will be requiring a visible IGT timer on submissions on the PC version, preferably using the LiveSplit script. Most people already do this, but we're making it mandatory to make run verification easier. Thank you for your understanding.
