By using a component cable and a retrotink 5X to capture footage of the actual PSP running the game off a UMD I mean.

Asking because while I have access to Requiem, I feel way more comfortable executing inputs on the PSP somehow haha (But if it's not allowed I'll try getting used to speedrunning on a Hori Fighting Commander Octa or something)

Running on an actual PSP console should be fine. I don't think I've seen anyone run it on PSP before though so not sure how the load times from the UMD disc work out and if they're slower or not.

Thank you for confirming this! Though I think I should swap to PS4/5 anyways as the sea serpent boss lags a lot on PSP :(
