So, now that it has been discovered you can skip Milo's gym, () assuming it is faster, would you create a new category that allows the use of Online Battles? Just wondering
That glitch requires a bike which you can only get after Milo's gym. That video is just clickbait.
THIS THREAD SHALL LIVE ON!
So, that same guy uploaded a video on how to skip Stow on Side completely using that same glitch with a different tree (), and you can get the bike at that point of the game so I think this one could be helpful, especially considering you would not only skip the 4th gym, but also a Hop fight and a Bede fight (and possibly other things I'm forgetting about lol). So my question still stands, would you create a new category that allows online battles if it turns out to be way faster? Sorry if I'm being too annoying about this
You can do it without the online battle and it takes 30-40 mins to hit the ceiling to then try and find your way round to skip Stow on Side so I don't think it's saving anything unless a faster route to the ceiling is found.
Berries don't respawn unless you do the exploit, just changing date is not enough. Both needs battles. But like Adam said, it's slower than doing gym anyways
Sorry for bumping old thread but wanted to point this out.
@asapaska-PovkaLTU They'll respawn if the clock hits midnight (without you actually changing the date midrun mind you, changing the clock BEFORE the run works tho). So if you time your clock change before the run correctly, you could do the glitch without violating the rules.
Of course this is moot as its way faster to just play this part legit (and also this "skip" likely won't work because the flag system), but if it becomes significantly faster to do a skip like this, then there is one way to do it without breaking current rules.
Turbo is now allowed for all categories in the Let's Go and Sword/Shield category extensions leaderboards!
Turbo is a function that allows some 3rd party controllers to input repeated button presses by only holding the button down, i.e. holding down the A button would simulate repeatedly pressin
