The goal is to eliminate grinding required to reach the combat levels required to complete the ¤ Slayer quests. Doric's quest is excluded because (afaik) there is no way to obtain iron ore in f2p hardcore mode without mining it (although if I'm wrong then that quest can be added along with Knight's Sword). Black Knight's Fortress is included because the Iron Chainbody can be obtained from multiple NPC shops and the Bronze Med Helm spawns in multiple places

Timing starts when accept is clicked on tutorial island, timing ends when all f2p quests except Dragon Slayer, Demon Slayer, Vampire Slayer, Doric's Quest, Knight's Sword, Imp Slayer, and Shield of Arrav are added.
Ironman mode is a separate category from nonironman

Champion's Guild would be a better end point for this category imo. Instead of ending when dragon slayer quest is started. The moment the player enters the Champion's Guild is when time would be called.

I revised the quest list that I'm currently routing for this category because doric's quest is basically free if you buy the iron ores at the dwarven mines

I am in support of a Champion's Guild category. After grinding away at a F2P Ironman Dragon Slayer attempt (for almost 8 hours), I'm going to say this: Dragon Slayer is not really feasible as F2P Ironman. It's feasible as F2P, it's feasible as Ironman, but not as both. You need to spend like 3 literal hours grinding Smithing to make your own Steel Nails, and then you're still painfully underleveled for Melzar's Maze and Elvarg.
I will work on a Champion's Guild route soon, but I am curious where you are buying the iron ores you speak of since the one shop has a default 0 stock
I did a run today. Time is 2:19:30 which is better than I expected. 5 minutes can still easily come off but you could probably squeeze 10. I'm not sure if more than that is really possible, but I suck at Runescape
