What about the start of the run?
I noticed that some runs - for example, City at a high level of difficulty - have a time advantage because they use a level restart that does not have the long load that appears when loaded from scratch. I suggest adjusting the start of the run time either to the immediate beginning of the level, or adding to those runs that missed the load the time they missed. The solution can also be to reject all runs that do not use a clean level start.
