This is a 100% speedrun of the PAL Gamecube release of Metroid Prime, played on a Wii and recorded with an Elgato HD capture card.

As I wasn't expecting this run to go as well as it did, I only have the ending section of the game recorded. I paused outside of the Artefact Temple to connect my capture card when I realised the run had potential, then started recording after I unpaused. At the end of the video, I tagged on a photograph of my end-screen to prove that the run was legitimate. Some more detailed information about the run itself can be found in the video description.

I am very much a speedrunning amateur and this is actually the only semi-noteworthy time I've ever achieved in this game, so please be gentle.
