Clarified Any% (No Offscreen) rules to specify that traveling through unloaded rooms is illegal, but it is ok if the character sprite is briefly offscreen during room transitions, cutscenes, etc.

Renamed All Story Collectables to Any% NMG and specified that any glitch other than autofire clips (used in the Furnace fight as well as to clip through hidden walls without having to fully destroy them first) and skipping the first Heart Piece is banned. This may require further clarification as more "grey area" glitches are disovered.

Moved current No Offscreen runs to NMG since they only employed glitches legal in NMG.
