I wanna Speedrun my first ds game but know I need a capture card or whatever, what would you recommend for a budget thing?

A low budget option would be to put a smartphone on a tripod and point its camera at your DS screen.

If you sit in a chair and set up your camera on a tripod to your side and behind you, you can hold your DS pretty much normally and still have it be visible.
