Out of curiosity would anyone else be interested in having a glitch less category? We would have to define what a glitch is but I think it would be a very interesting category to add to Jet Island.

I would be very interested.

However attemps have been made before and the community is split on what is a glitch and what is not. I'm waiting to see if this thread gains traction. If not i'll probably impose some rules on what glitchless means.

Of course i am open to suggestions.

Are you allowed to go out of bounds? 3: Main Menu Skip, Spikey Skip: Are you allowed to go back to the main menu in order to warp to your checkpoint? This also allows you to bypass the spikey wormy. 4: Joint Entrance: Are you allowed to use wormy joints to enter his weakpoints? Joints are open air sections while Wormy is turning that give open access to his weak points. 5: Joint Exit: Are you alloed to use wormy joints to exit his weakpoints? 6: Hand Though Red Shields: Are you allowed to stick your weapon and hook though a red shield to get results otherwise blocked by the red shield? Some exit shields of bosses are able to be hand stuck though to get a hook on the other side, aiding in shield wall walking. 7: Tunnel Skip Via Death: Are you allowed to die in a boss room to avoid taking the tunnel, warping to a checkpoint. This question is worded differently for K. 8: Rule: No Deaths: Should runs be invalid if a death has occured during the run? 9: You must activate each of the eight tutorial checkpoints. You must destroy the tutorial crystal inside the building. Should you be required to do the tutorial? 10: All Boss entrance/exit paths must be used. You may not use deaths nor exiting to menu to quickly exit a boss area. Added Column K, noted above. @Dust Pyro 0% allows boss upgrades. Are you wanting a run without the boss upgrades? (No long shot, higher damage weapon, no reel in, no bunny hop). To make a run like that work, you can't exit to menu, as that gives you those upgrades if those bosses are downed. 0% with current tatics should be 15m or less. Some of those void gaps may be harder to get across, but they still should be managable. 0% Glitchless (0%* ?) is over 25m, as I used joints in my run, assuming that joints are not allowed in glitchless.
