so I was wondering, does anyone have scripts that were used in hl21?

like UC to OC box grabbing and object boosting through electricity?

Even if there were such scripts, they were still banned by speedrun.com rules (limiting 100 fps), because it's impossible to make boosts with such high speed at 100 fps

However, there is one script that javac_ made. The one in the Blast Pit chapter that uses the object boost with the box along with the trigger delay. This script can be used at 100fps, but it is almost useless, because thanks to it you can save more than 7 seconds.
