Throughout the playthrough, it's possible to skip small cutscenes like doors opening by pressing the back button quickly after using the item/solving the puzzle.

In lab B3, it is possible to do this after solving the electricity puzzle to open the door - however, while this does skip the door cutscene and voice lines, it also prevents the evacuation lights from turning on. This makes it impossible to progress to the endgame, and it's impossible to go back and fix the change.

TL;DR pressing the back button to skip the "Quarantine Breached" cutscene in lab B3 softlocks the game, which is not ideal in a speedrun, so I would advise against doing this trick.
