It is possible to avoid the platform and raise the water level by swimming diagonally at the spermatic point of the map and aosair you can swim in the air, in the middle of the stage, you still have to deal with oxygen, but with this glitch you can skip some scenarios. Video:

Elevator Skip

There is a scenario skip using the jetpack on the direct side of the elevator, enter the middle as shown in the video flying upwards and then to the left to get out of the corner and thus skipping a good stretch of phase. Video:

Champagne Room Key Skip/Babes Skip

Follow the path calmly, killing the enemies on the way until you reach the last gate, usually what you had to do was save all the babes with the Stealth Generator weapon to acquire a key to open the gate, but you can just find yourself in the left of the gate and walk diagonally right up between the gate and the wall until Duke crosses.
