I would like to kindly request an update to the rules for the “RETRO Any% No RNG Manip” category. Currently, the only listed rule is the ban on turbo/auto-fire. However, to better reflect the intent of this category, I suggest explicitly adding a rule that "No RNG Manip".

This addition would help clarify the expectations for runners and reduce any confusion around what is or isn't allowed under this category.

I have already discussed this with yudkk27, a Japanese moderator, and we are in agreement about this proposed change.

Also, if possible, I would greatly appreciate it if a Japanese translation could be included alongside the English category rules. Many Japanese players participate in this category, and having the rules available in Japanese would make them more accessible and reduce the risk of unintentional rule violations due to language barriers.

The Japanese version would be as follows:

・連射機能の禁止

・意図的な状況再現の禁止

I've updated the category rules for both RETRO categories. Square-Enix's streaming guidelines don't seem to mention not showing the ending/credits anymore, so I've removed that part, but left an explanation of when timing starts and ends. If you want anything else changed, or more translations added, just let me know.
