Pretty straight forward level. Your shot hitting the regular door next to the bullet time door will always cause the black suit to open it. You'll have just enough bar coming out to sniper the two roof guys. Double smoke allows an arrest on 'Ben' without having to wait for him to give up, which usually saves 4-8 seconds.
