One new Misc. category named "Recollect All Extra Arrows" is added. In this category, you can run with your existing save file, and all you have to do is re-find the Extra Arrow and then quit the mission as fast as you can.

The "Starting State" subcategory for "Unlock Area C" and "Unlock Area D" is renamed to "Base Regulation." New value for the subcategory named "XX Extra Arrows" is added. This subcategory is a subset of "All Extra Arrows" category.
