I believe this is a WR-tie because I believe whatever version SteveZero is playing should be in a different category. 2'02" is the absolute fastest you can run the European and Brazilian/Korean ROM. Maybe 2'01", possibly, not even sure. I reached out to SteveZero to ask what he used.
