Runs now go by IGT I guess
I just changed it so ties would work properly in the IL board, but considering the amount of time you can gain/lose due to random dialogue at the end of missions, I think it's a positive change for Fullgame runs too.
The reason why I originally made the ruleset to use real time over IGT was it was a more complete timing because it includes the hanger and menu time. Losing time to random dialogue is just part of speedruns, it feels weird to me to have a run that is slower in real time be considered a "faster time" because they were faster during select parts of gameplay, instead of from game start to last hit.
