finally a single frame advance, the new route was hard to get down right, plus nerves, I lost an unbelievable amount of good runs, but I got something on the board, slowly but surely I will reach my final goal of 11:11.3 or 11.11 flat, maybe sub 11, idk.

but if I have enough in the tank for it, sub 11 is most likely my final goal in biathlon, course I might come back to it at some point, but for now it's my last effort.
