The ILs will be IGT since on the final screen when passing each mission you can see the IGT. In the full game it will be RTA unless someone makes an LRT. Both fast time and ghosting are allowed, ghosting because it's an ability (banning that would be stupid).

In the ILs the IGT must be shown, any run that does not show it will be rejected.
