Personally, i really don't like this game for speedrunning. There are barely any strategies but go fast and dodge things. Horrible start for speedrunning, because this can get players into looking for games with very basic strategies with very minimal effort (huge bad habit, not worth it). I'm glad i never hit that part of speedrunning, because games like Robot64 or Karlson are high effort games with insane strategies that all come together with amazing times, thousands of other games doing this as well.

My point basically: don't speedrun this game if you want to be a speedrunner, there are better games.
