I know this may seem useless, but note that Completing the Mission is not part of this Any%, so you can just go for the fastest Fleeing the Complex ending (The Betrayed) rather than Ghost Inmate to get Toppat Civil Warfare, the fastest CtM ending.

For Breaking the Bank Note: Time starts when you press Play, not when you make your first decision. Simply choose Disguise.

As soon as the screen fades to black, move onto Escaping the Prison.

For Escaping the Prison (Sneaky Ending) File -> Cell Door -> Click Left -> Click Right -> Chair -> Right -> Plungers

Once the achievement appears, move onto Stealing the Diamond.

For Stealing the Diamond (The Undetected Way) Sneak In -> Teleporter -> Penny -> Wire -> Hammer -> Plank -> Diamond

Once the text appears that you've won, move onto Infiltrating the Airship. Note: Lightning Quick Larcenist is NOT an actual ending. Fake credits play but then you get a fail. Note 2: Using the Yo-Yo is faster than using the Dirk. Note 3: Rapidly Promoted Executive is faster than Relentless Bounty Hunter by a few seconds.

For Infiltrating the Airship (Rapidly Promoted Executive) Cannon Ball -> Chair -> Eject -> Beans -> Rocket Jump -> Yo-Yo -> Goods -> Glider -> Dummies

Once the rank text appears, you're almost done. Move onto Fleeing the Complex. Note: You do not need to go for Ghost Inmate, as you do not need to do Completing the Mission. The Betrayed is a lot faster.

For Fleeing the Complex (The Betrayed) Wait for Transfer -> Laser Plane -> Toppat Clan -> Drill Pod -> Sick Ride

Time ends as soon as the word "Rank" appears in Fleeing the Complex.
