I've reset live split several times, that didn't fix it, I tried running the time on a different category and that didn't fix it. The timer starts properly but doesn't split properly. I split on each chapter instead of each loading screen and I do have funny names for each chapter, so I'm guessing maybe the names are the issue.

Split names shouldn't affect the splitter. It's probably a bug with chapter split, since the current code was mostly tested on map splitting. I'll look into it once I get the chance.
