This patch allows you to activate and use the free cam mode in the game: Put the HM3GPAD.cfg file into the game folder. Open the HitmanBloodMoney.ini file and add this line: “ConfigFile=HM3GPAD.cfg” without quotation marks. You activate the free cam with K button on the keyboard. If you change the graphics settings in the game it disables the free cam, so you have to add this line to the ini file again.
