sometimes the mods take a bit to accept runs as they aren't active all the time on speedrun.com. some of mine took several days to come but they eventually do after a few days

Trapz summed it up nicely, the mod team have lives to live, and as such there can be a delay in verifying runs, especially full game runs. We ask that all users with submitted runs be patient. If there is an issue with a run, the player will be notified, so if you haven't heard from us then your run is still awaiting verification. I hope this clears things up.
