i really like Season 2 (no DLC) - SA, Professional runs, but i see the runs there got some dlc weapons like "ica electrocution phone". so you can use dlc weapons right? just wondering cause i need to buy them if this is the only way

"No DLC" refers to the levels played, not about the items used. In general, the main leaderboards are NG+ and allow any unlocks.

No electrocution phone is used, and the strats are over a minute faster than the Hitman 2 record. The strategies used in the above run are all backwards-compatible with Hitman 2 (well except Whittleton Creek I guess, the Nolan kill isn't possible like that in Hitman 2).
