California, USALol sorry for taking so long. Unreal is a type of bunny hop involving more air control(faster strafes), and a boost you can use every blank seconds. Its very volatile and i am guessing it is up to the server your on. The rules are unclear, but i am guessing that they mean the -PG- servers that are on there, because they have all of these types on there.
Yes, I agree, built in programs will get it done fast and easy. Youtube is a great resource for this. Personally I use hitfilm, but it takes some time getting used to.
