Can we set some rules for the emulator category?
Many of the gba emulators run faster than the actual hardware, its why often youre limited to mGBA or its core on bizhawk. Are there limits to which emulators we can use?
Do we need to boot with bios?
Do we need to lock the fps to native or can we set it to unlimited?
Are mobile emulators allowed for this game? they often arent for gb/gba/gbc as they typically dont emulate correctly and usually add some speed

Is there a limit to which emulator we can use?
Do we need to use GBA bios?
Do we need to lock to native FPS?

Can you add an option for using the GBP as its official hardware and not an emulator? also, its much easier to record
Is there a list of accepted/banned emulators?

When the misc categories say that NG+ files are allowed, does that just mean that you can have already beaten the levels and just have to show beating them again? Or is there some way to reset your save data without resetting your cars that I'm unaware of?
For the "collect all plasmids" is it just the level 1 plasmids?
