Hello all,

I have updated the rules to reflect the recent Visual Boy Advance ban that was agreed upon by the community. We have found out that VBA emulates games a touch quicker than other emulators and that was causing a discrepancy in times. The community agreed that all runs under a threshold of 7:35 (any%) and 14:00 (100%) would be discounted, and anything above that would be grandfathered in, as most runners were not below those thresholds.

In the future, we will not be allowing emulator submissions using VBA, so any runs that are still currently on the leaderboard using VBA have been grandfathered in.

I also clarified some of the existing rules and added some rules for submissions.
