I have a msi gaming laptop and I was wondering how would I use Livesplit and still be able to play the game or if I don't have a 2 monitor setup?
I don't think this is necessary for me to post this but I just want to express my appreciation for the help with learning the game and running it. I have a physical disability called arthrogryposis (which is how I got my name arthrogamer) that makes my joints contracted and my muscles weak. So it sometimes makes it hard for me to do some stuff but I've always loved video games ever since I was a little kid. In the beginning of 2020, I wanted to do speedrunning, but I didn't know what game to choose. I had some games on my somewhat ok pc like portal and portal 2. But I didn't feel like I could speedrun those games. So what I had to do is figure out a game I could "theoretically" speedrun. That game as you all know was Mirror's edge Glitchless category. So I bought the game, played through it, joined the speedrun discord, asked a crap ton of questions in the discord server, and I did my first run around july with the time of 1:53:59. Since then I've made a lot of improvement and I managed to get a time of 1:18:30 I wouldn't been able to get that time if I didn't join the discord and asked for help with some tricks. Now I want to mention that I'm taking a break from speedrunning Mirror's edge and I'm now running Celeste assist mode any%. I may return to run this game again but not for a while. Until then have an awesome day.
since there isn't a category on karlson escape% im posting this link to the forums
