San Francisco, CA, USAWhile this is a neat idea, in practicality I doubt that there is much that could be plausibly done to achieve this.
In order to have a leaderboard like this, there would need to be a way to verify that you went as far as you did in a legitimate fashion - which more or less means all progress would need to be done in a single recording. I don't know about you, but personally I find chasing highscores in endless to be an activity that spans much over a week.
I second this. I'm kinda surprised this didn't come up before if I'm being honest.
I would suggest adding White face to the 'Undesirable' list - although his intro may be short, he forces you to run through extremely long rooms (the ones that make the 600s in the main part of the game a slog) for the last 15(if I remember correctly) rooms of his chase. significantly tacking onto the time it takes to get to the end of the floor - especially if you get him early on, and he re-chases you.
That's unfortunate. That said, the rules specify that reloading the save will disqualify the run. Generally speaking, runs should be one recording, not multiple. Under these circumstances, your run would be allowed to be submitted to the 250, 500, & 750 room catagories if there were no reloads prior, but it would not be valid for the 1000 room catagory.
Hey there. Not a mod, but generally speaking reloads are disallowed due to the risk of save scumming, since room RNG is a notable factor of each run.
Out of curiosity, what do you mean by you 'couldn't continue further'? Did you encounter a bug of some sort?
If anyone happens to be looking at this for whatever reason, I just want to make note of the fact that this is likely the fastest run that had been performed on what was at the time, current patch. This was done without downpatching, and I am extremely proud of what this run was.
