Is there a video somewhere to show how it works I'm really dumb when it comes to this stuff and I can't get the FOV mod running

Is the FOV Mod I can find in the Fluffy mod manager the correct one that's allowed? And also are there limitations to what the FOV can be?

Yes I am playing on PC, I will take a look at OBS. I forgot to ask where I might be able to find an official list of rules I must follow. Also do I have to include a timer in the video, or is that only if I want to keep track of my own PB's
