If the game crashes you can continue the run from the "continue" button. The IGT will pick up from where you left off. The recording must be uninterrupted and show everything.
Platinum speedrun allows for multiple playthroughs of the game. Trophies such as the one to upgrade all weapons, or use two urns of power, are often acquired by initiating a new game after the main playthrough of the run is done. And there are also possible strategies like the one you mentioned, which would involve getting a trophy and quitting the game to return to a previous savefile, plus the Challenge of the Titans that needs to be completed as well. Right now there is no way to correctly track the time of all of this using IGT. Maybe it could be done, but that would require a new version of the IGT plugin.
There are no glitches in the current route for this category. This new rule is just in response to a runner that asked if infinite jumps are allowed. There is no demand for a glitched category.
Yes, it's considered a glitch, as shown in the video linked in the rules.
You have to beat the game first to unlock cutscene skips
The Cheat% NG+ Hard Glitchless run takes 2 hours to beat the game. And that is RTA, so the IGT would be like 1:30. So getting sub 3:30 IGT is extremely viable.
I think this could be interesting if there is interest from all the runners. I also thought about having similar level categories for GoW3 segments, which I already keep track on a Youtube playlist. The problem is that most runners won't even know these categories exist, and very few people would bother to post their times there. So even the main purpose of this category--to keep track of the top time for each segment-- would not necessarily be fulfilled.
PSP Emulator runners are now required to show the entire "Control mapping" menu when showing the settings of the emulator after a run.
This is the menu you have to show. Scroll down all the way to end when showing the settings after a run.

I fixed it by setting your LRT as equal to the RTA time.
If you are suggesting a 100% category, we may create it in the future if there is demand, probably after the ng+ patch gets released.
There is already a Berserker category, it's a misc category so you have to click the arrow to show it
From my testing, this is what counts towards IGT:
- Cutscenes
- Deaths/restart checkpoints (so it's not like GoW1 where if you die the igt resets to what it was before)
- Portals
- Shops
This is what does not count towards IGT:
- Loads
- Pause menu (pressing the options button)
- Weapons/map menu (pressing the touchpad)
Another important thing to consider: IGT starts counting on the main menu, before starting a new game! So when starting a run, you should open a savefile, and, when ready, rush through the menu as quick as possible after quitting the current save.
I dont know if I understand exactly what this glitch is, but I dont think Traj used it in his Challenge of the Gods world record. A video would be helpful. This could be very useful on Challenge 8.
Não existe um autosplit de God of War 2. Eu uso um autosplitter baseado em imagem, mas é difícil de configurar, você teria que criar e testar as imagens de cada split individual: https://github.com/Toufool/Auto-Split
