You can use the potions, but for No Major Glitches there'd be no duping at all.
Unless there's been a new rule change, people have always been able to request leaderboards even if they don't run the game. Also I'm wondering how you got Taylib's Twitter, since he has no indication of having one on his SRcom profile or his Twitch or his Youtube.
Hey, so all 3 mods for Sunset Overdrive have been gone for extended periods of time (1 month, 9 month, 1 year since last visit to the site), and none of them have a Twitter account I can contact them at.
Is it possible to be added as just a base mod that way I can verify any new runs, now that the game came out on PC?
So for starters, there's no way to disable the DLC's or pre-order stuff.
Also now that the game is on PC, a load remover/autosplitter can be created.
Also also, the 3 mods in charge of this leaderboard have all been gone for extended periods of time (1 year, 9 months, and 1 month) and a request to change ownership is plausible.
Alright, for now I've reinstated the run after comparing the 2 runs side by side.
Oh, he's using a mod? Then no, that's not allowed.
So since TheWonderer found the barrier skip to get to Xacor early and finish the run an hour faster than before, No Major Glitches now includes a rule forbidding this, which means it'll just be the same run as before the skip was found, but with no money or Elex duping.
Regarding restrictions in runs, it's probably best to have a variable "Restriction" or something similarly named with either a Yes or No option and what restrictions the runner used in the description of the run.

The guy who made the boards (with absolutely no way to contact him) decided to delete his account (munsonroe) and made a completely random and new user a moderator.
I'd rather he be removed and glasnonck be appointed as super, considering there's been discussion on getting more mods for over a year, without the original mod ever replying or doing anything about it only for this to happen.
edit: problem solved
So the guy ran off and decided to put this random new guy as moderator? What?
There's just a slew of inconsistencies on the leaderboard.
The whole point is that audio is used in order to figure out if a run is spliced or not.
I'd be willing to make the leaderboards current patch only, but as of right now I don't think there's a single NG run on current patch.
Why even have a requirement of providing a video when requesting a game if you're not even going to spend a minute or 2 checking whether or not it actually adheres to it? The issue here is that every single time something like this happens, where somebody does some shit with getting a leaderboard, you always fall back on the excuse that you're overloaded with work and have x amount of processes to go through.
It's the absolute laziness that irks me more than this random person playing victim.
