今までは、申請時の動画が音声無しでも認められていました。しかし、音声が無い動画だとルールを順守してRTAをしているという証拠が薄くなってしまうのではないかと思いました。 　また、今までのウマ娘RTAのルールでは、動画についての基準が決まっていませんでした。そのため、モデレーターで話し合い、その基準をどうするかを決めていきました。そして、決まった結果は以下の2点となります。

・このニュースを投稿して以降の申請は、音声が無い動画は認められなくなる。 ・以前に音声無しで認められた記録は、無効とせずに残す。

これからは上記のルールを入れてRTAをしていただくよう、よろしくお願いします。
