Also, could we get clarification on what Any% - Paradise Island means? Is this Military%, Tourism%, and Misc% back-to-back? This would be a 14+ hour speedrun...

Do the levels need to be performed in the order listed? Or does any order work as long as you complete them all?

It would make the categories much easier to run if we could front-load the difficult or RNG-heavy scenarios.

You Must Complete All Levels In A Given Category, But You Can Perform Them In Any Order You Heart Desire :).
