I doubt this category will be pushed down much further. It already takes insane skill to pull off a 9:55, let alone a 9:51. tbh I don't think we'll ever see a 9:51
The actual fastest possible run is 9:55.200, segmented by Octo using the best IL levels and very good menuing. Level transitions could theoretically be better, so a 9:54 would be possible. It will never humanly go below 9:53, and will probably never reach a 9:53. 9:54 is as low as humans could theoretically make it go, and 9:55 is the most reasonable possible time humans could get. With a TAS, a high 9:53 may be possible. Here is the BTT based off of what humans have done so far.
I have already gotten a 9:54 SoB even with a +0.6 timeloss in ItA compared to the IL wr so 9:53 is probably possible. As a long time runner for this game I do not think 9:52 will be achievable unless a new godly strat is found.
As for TAS, no idea bout that yet but I think 9:52 could be possible with some inhuman tricks I know off. (Double BtB lagless for example lol)

guys go to 4:03 in to the tas watch it on 0,25 speed than watch the wr by the same part in the speedrun and watch that on 0,25 speed i think the wr might been cheating you can also hold space for to make it more believeble
@Kaspercool I can assure you that the WR is legit. I am 99.98% sure that Octo didn't cheat.
