Finally with over 2000 attempts, I finally did it.
If I had a better Q101 and 102, this could have been 4:22
I will try to add double clicking to my butterfly click as I use one that doesn't have double click to have faster spam questions. I have gotten an 8 second bomb on question 59 one time (17 CPS) with double clicking. Without it, only around 13-14 CPS.
Next goal: sub 4:20 (My sum of best says that its possible.

Btw just a heads up, while your recording quality doesn't really matter right now. I would recommend that you use OBS studio in the future as you are becoming a top runner :)
If you have any problem with your livesplit in this game which it can be:
Not splitting fast enough when reaching a specific Question
Starting the run much earlier
Then I think it will be much easier if you have the game autosplitter. Its not needed but it is very helpful.
