Hey, I picked this game up today. Found this faster bridge strat that saves roughly two seconds, though I doubt I'm the first to do it. In the small case that I am, I decided to share this.

The recording hitches a bit but it should hopefully be clear that there's a time save.

You can only lose two frames in the two jumps after the first one or you plummet, but if you manage to hop frame perfectly you can just hold right for the entire bridge.

Yeah, that's been known for quite some time, actually. Just very precise to hit the early platform, then not have to double back on any of your jumps afterward.

Primarily hasn't been done for consistency reasons, especially since you just had to do early platform in the red caves, which is already difficult enough.

Yeah that tracks. I was a bit surprised to not see it since it's fairly early in the run, especially with how tight the top 3 leaderboard spots are. But highly understandable why one wouldn't go for it.

I briefly used that strat after missing the red room jump to make up some time, but it was low percentage for me and I always had to pull back on one of the jumps. It saved me a second at best.
