Hi there! I was wondering what the moderation team would like to do with runs that currently do not have any video proof for them. There is only one run without video proof currently, and I believe that it is fine for it to be deleted due to having no video proof.

I'd like the input of everyone in the community as to what should be done with these runs.

Reach out to the runner to see if they have a video somewhere and see how they want to handle it. The one run I see without video proof was 5 years ago, probably at the start of these boards and got grandfathered in. But at this point all runs should have video proof.

I think all old runs should remain in leaderboard even without a video (if it's not WR of course). These runners was verified before and have their own time, even without a video there is no reason to delete them. All leaderboards must grow, for the future and competitiveness VoHiYo

The problem with doing this is that people might look at it and say, "this person got an exception to the rule, why can't I?" That's the only problem with keeping it on the leaderboards.

I'd reach out to the runner rather than just deleting it. It was verified long ago, and it must have been verified for a reason. As sYn said, if it's not WR then who really cares anyways?

I agree with reaching out to the runner to see if they still want their time on the board. In some instances, where all source vods have been deleted or moved (i.e. youtube) the runner may wish to keep their times out and are merely achieving or finding a better place to store the vods. In other cases, maybe the runner wishes to have their videos/runs removed entirely. Either way best to double check.

Typically we dont submit videos for other runners on their behalf and I would think that the opposite should be true too. Just my 2 cents.

As per the replies, I will go ahead and reach out to the runner and see if they want their run on the leaderboard. When/if they reply, I will do what they want.
