I think having a 1-4 IL category would be pretty fun. It would be treated like the 8-4 IL Category on the original SMB Game

I'm okay with adding it, but I'm not confident in verifying times in increments less than a second. If you or someone you know is willing to be a moderator to confirm such times, I'll gladly add the category.
