MOD EDIT: Lowered time to 16:31 since last hit on boss happens slightly before final split is hit.

This is my newest PB for Splatterhouse 2 on the Sega Genesis. There are a few things I could clean up to slightly lower my time. I am still debating whether I wanna try or not.
