I submitted this run once before but a fellow runner said the framerate was messed up. This really confused me so i would appreciate if whoever verifies this to double check this run for any errors at all. I don't want to get a record unfairly.

edit: when you go frame by frame it skips a frame seemingly randomly and i dont know if this affects the timing but probably worth looking into. i think its because i record on a not great laptop so it causes stuttering on obs.

edit 2: from what ive heard from others in the community i think this run is fine. it doesn't look like it messed with the start or end frame
