The rules say it's the latest version, but currently it's 2.48, while the rules state it's 2.3, so, which one is it?

You can run it on the newest version 2.5, I've been submitting 2.5 version runs to S3 and they have been getting accepted.

Yeah just realized the rules weren't updated, changed it to v2.5 in the rules now!
