This is a link to a website that my mods and I use to retime runs that require an external timer. You can also use this, but mods will retime it anyway, regardless of you doing it or not.

Better Speedrun Timer

Livesplit is an external timer, which may be used on this speedrun page, depending on the category (Check category rules).

**You do not need to use this unless the category recommends explicitly that you have one. (i.e. 100%, Story%, etc)**

A split feature on Livesplit that allows you to keep track of times for all missions listed in the split.

To use it, first download Livesplit. Once you do that and open it, right-click and look for Open Splits, then click on 100% Split, which should show after you download the link in this Resource. If you want to close the split, just look further down from Open Splits, and you'll see Close Splits, returning Livesplit to a simple timer.
