Finally got under 16:30. Pretty solid run, gonna be rough to play against these splits.
Remaining Time Saves - 4 Cycle Predator Fights in Stages 4, 10, 20 and 29 will save about 7 seconds combined. Stage 6 predator fight will save about 5 seconds and Stage 27 will save about 3 seconds. Total predator time save = 15 seconds.
Stage 13 that stupid amoeba almost killed the run, lost 1 second.
Stage 25, close call with lag cancelled jump input and slight delay on the bird shot, lost 2 seconds.
Stage 26, did not get the frame perfect jump, cost 7 seconds. Probably what I am most disappointed with in the run. Total platforming time saves =10 seconds.
Big Mode RNG was mostly good except for Big Mode 6 where we lost 4 seconds. I guess it evens out, but there is a combined 34 seconds to save, most of which will never happen in a run.
Lost another 6 seconds with a 10 cycle fight on the last boss, but still pretty good overall.
Total time save is about 25-30 seconds approximately. Played on powerpak.
