Who do I contact to make a new category extention? Should I reach out to a mod?

The category extension is called Cheat%. I created this in order to create a more fun and fast paced format, where the only speed manipulation of the game come from outside sources, instead of in game exploits. I've done about 10 runs in this category already and have video of my current WR. The rules are still being worked on but are currently as follows:

must play through the entire game (no save files/save states)

the following cheat codes are allowed: max hp max level normal status

the game's speed can be increased up to 200% original speed by use of dolphin emulator

all glitches are banned

death warping is banned

altering cheat codes during a run (enabling or disabling) is prohibited

timing starts on the first input on confirming New Game and ends on the first full black frame before the credits roll.
