Retimes to 3:38:58, I golded last run and didn't reset livesplit completely...

I have been away from this game for 2 years, and on my third finished run I get a 10+ minute PB with Typhlosion. No clue how that happened honestly

Only major timelosses I can think of were third ball Quilava and a slow Lare-fight because I forgot that I was (likely) slower than Murkrow. The rest is probably still a lot of hesitation to trusting myself with the new route, but very few Fire Blast-misses!
