I am planning to run unrestricted story mode category, and I wanted to clarify some things before I get into actually running the game.

First, for some of the few early stages, like "Go to your inventory and equip a deployable, a perk from any perk deck and also spend five skill points." Do we skip this completely?

Also, the rules says we can skip get the coke if we are already level 10. Does that mean we can also completely ignore the stage given that we start at level 100?

Also, for the one having 3 transport heists AND transport train heist done, transport:train heist actually counts towards the 3 transport heist counter.

Does this mean we can do only 2 transport heists and a transport:train heist to complete this stage? (3 heists in total) I don't see anybody doing this, so I thought I have to clarify

unrestricted story mode means you skip the 2 tutorial heists by level requirement, this category is basically just doing the storyline heists in order, since it would be impossible to accurately time menuing, and yes, for the transport objective you can do 2 transports and 1 train heist. this has been done often.
