1. It's hard to distinguish between someone driving NG+ or only clean profile. All of the runs here are done on second+ attempt so none of them are qualifying for "clean". (You can only check it if someone stops at a gas station)

2. The game is very different on Extreme difficulty and has been ran specifically on this level of difficulty for the speed run.

3. Cars that can be obtained from Gas Stations are significantly quicker then those that are given to the player on the beginning of certain stages.

I'd like to propose new Categories for this game which would suit it better: The Run - any difficulty - No Gas Station The Run - any difficulty - Any Car The Run - Extreme difficulty - No Gas Station The Run - Extreme difficulty - Any Car

1.Thanks for clarifying what is the actuall difference between normal and NG+ runs. It probably should be written in the rules for a category. Some of the best cars are available from the start and that lack of nitrous for the first race makes 30 seconds to 1 minute of difference, while a single crash is costing you over a minute. So there is no real difference between them.

2. Check out my 5 hours run in NG+ category. It was done on Extreme difficulty. I'm quite skilled at the game and there is still such a huge gap (2 hours) between those runs. -Extreme difficulty is only available after beating the game once on hard. -You die from 1-2 bursts from machine guns. -Cops and the Mob is uber fast resulting in most of the game requiring top notch skill, they are pushing you off the road, break checking and are impossible to disable. -Timed stages require use of the best cars for a type of road. The time gap is so small half of the checkpoints can only be done with a single second left. It also results in almost unavoidable restarts. -It's almost unavoidable to restart the game. If someone would be able to make it through the whole Run without reseting it would be a huge achievement.

The game is not only harder, it's EXTREMELY HARD.

3. There is a BIG difference between default cars and those obtainable from Gas Stations and they are OP. On a clean run you can get over 10 minutes of difference just by car switching.

It should be stated in the rules: -Time starts at the moment of difficulty selection. -Time splits should be done at the beginning of every stage (At the moment of pressing "BEGIN NEXT STAGE") -Time ends when player enters the ending warehouse on start of Aston Martin crash cutscene.

I also feel there should be segmented runs, such as fastest time of stage completion because in game you can select to begin from a certain stage :)

I suppose that Stage ILs might be a good idea.
