New rule

I added a new rule, to make things more clear.
"When doing a multiple level run, you may stop the timer at each level's last door, and only continue it when opened the next level's first door."
To make things more easy...
I made a new rule again that says RTA is the LRT. To be honest, we don't really need the real time, only the load removed one. And there is the other rule saying you may stop the timer at each travel and stuff.
I hope it made things a little bit easier.
